Crust

• delicate cracker-like crispiness
• reminiscent of a fried rice paper

Sauce

• flavorful
• minced garlic piece spotted: a sign of quality
• very thin layer of sauce
• imparted a juiciness in an otherwise relatively dry pizza

Mozzarella

• appreciated the disks of mozzarella
• very little flavor, mostly a butteriness

Ham

• unfortunately some stackage
• salty in a good way
• a touch too meaty

Pineapple

• above all else, no rogue flavors which you can’t take for granted in today’s economy
• the pale anemic canned kind
• could have been a little sweeter, but not bad

Additional Thoughts

• a cross between a CT pizza and a Neapolitan pizza
• tasted very familiar both of CT and Munich
