Context

• Oktoberfest 2023!
• After some JW-smooth-sippin, beelined back to this stand
• one of their signs says: “our Bavarian answer to pizza”
• were a little drunk so our recollection is hazy, might have to go back and get another

Crust

• sour dough
• crispy exterior, soft on the inside

Sauce

• sour cream!?
• first and foremost it contributed a creaminess but also a little tanginess

Mozzarella

• nice browning

Ham

• it was good

Pineapple

• little scarce

Additional Thoughts

• it tasted so damn good after a Maß
• the texture reminded us of a hot pocket
• when you got all the ingredients in the same bite, it had a surprisingly “true” Hawaiian flavor
