Context

• Went for dinner before going to Free&Easy at Lenbachhaus where we finally found a copy of SOS Brutalismus

Crust

• as if they cooked it using the crisper function of the whirlpool max 38
• want to go back and check if they have an oven
• flavor of the dough was great
• middle was stodgy
• outer crust was dry

Sauce

• kind of tasted like a german salsa (not good)

Mozzarella

• a lot but not enough to sending you spinning

Ham

• nice ham
• appropriate saltiness

Pineapple

• canned and left out for days
• numerous rouge, miscellaneous flavors
• if abby was blindfolded she wouldn’t guess it was pineapple

Additional Thoughts

• tasted like a ham and cheese hot pocket
• if the pineapple was moderately fresh it would have had the right flavor profile
