Context

• Walking around Barcelona!

Crust

• Reminiscent of Focaccia
• Very crispy but soft and spongy in the middle
• Cheese crisps up on it super nicely

Sauce

• Marginal amount (or maybe none at all - not sure)

Unidentifiable Cheese

• Tons of cheese but not overwhelming
• Don’t think it was mozzarella because it was a little sweet and mild
• Perhaps a Gouda or Edam
• Some sharpness from the parmesan

Ham

• Absolutely no flavor

Pineapple

• Sweet and plentiful
• Tender because it there’s a whole layer and it’s enveloped in cheese

Additional Thoughts

• Layers of toppings (cheese, ham, pineapple, cheese
• Very close to a complete Hawaiian flavor (missing tartness and saltiness)
