Context

• Hungry as hell in Sevilla because all we eat is sides (vegetables) at the tapas places

Crust

• Super thin and crunchy
• Limited rise to the outer crust

Sauce

• Barely there
• Saltless

Mozzarella

• Tasteless
• At least one cheese pull though

Ham

• Very good
• Most flavorful part

Pineapple

• Inconsistent
• If you were blindfolded while eating this, you’d think it was a sweet onion

Mushroom

• Second best part because it had some flavor

Bell Peppers

• Fine, thinly sliced

Additional Thoughts

• Mushroom and peppers are the primary flavors and that’s not what the pizza is called
• Oregano and the ham are the secondary flavors
• No salt, can’t taste anything (not covid, confirmed by eating a crunchy corn snack beforehand)
• Visually very appealing, colorful and bright
