extremely dense (literally, it’s a very heavy pizza)
dough has no crumb, no flavor, it’s unenjoyable
crust is very crunchy and smoky which is good
Sauce
sauce is sweet, not really fitting. Like a bad pasta sauce
Mozzarella
cheese gave it a pizza roll taste (first impression) and given the rest of the pizza thid was a highlight
Ham
ham very meaty, no too salty
Abby was not able to get through a slice
Pineapple
no comment
Veggie Alternative: Black Olives & Eggplant
nope, not good
Additional Thoughts
reminiscent of chuck e cheese and school pizza party pizzas
initially we said we’d be happy if this was the pizza at a school pizza party. But by the time we finished eating, this was rescinded. Just like any positive thoughts we had about the pizza.
the flavor is a representative of the town’s post industrial decline
