Very chewy and dry. It has great potential probably just in the oven too long

sauce is excellent. They use plum tomatoes which gives it a little sweet
It does initially hit you with a lot of saltiness but your body recalibrates quickly

the cheese didn’t get in the way of anything. Fresh mozzarella, low amount of the cheese. Just enough to play it’s part while also allowing the whole pizza to taste very fresh

you eat this and don’t feel disgusting at the end. Not greasy at all. As refreshing as a tall glass of lemonade on a hot summer day
the salt content really hits you about an hour later
This a true Hawaiian pizza. They throw in some twists and turns without losing sight of the fundamental principles
