Best part was the crispiness but as previously mentioned it stopped being crispy after 7 minutes
What saved the pizza was a little bowl of hot crushed red peppers that the waitress brought out. It was spicy (rare in Germany) and allowed us to add some much missing flavor to the pizza.
The pizza was so large that it was touching the table. It was not pre-sliced and also didn’t come with a pizza cutter.
A couple days after we both got covid, and while it’s impossible to tell for certain, it may have been from the tableside bowl of hot crushed red peppers (this can likely be served for at least a week to average, German customers) or from the pizza’s contact with the table
