Mozzarella and Fontina

• Tasteless
• We don’t really know what fontina is. The other pizza we had without wasn’t very different

Pancetta

• fatty but good
• the best bites were with it

Pineapple

• juicy but because it’s full of vinegar
• they should wring this out before putting it on the pizza
• sour
• not grilled despite them saying so
• they might be onto something with the yuzu it just wasn’t calibrated correctly

Additional Thoughts

• Wet ass pizza - absolutely sopping with vinegar and honey and yuzu, who knows? Even the other pizza we had was wet
• Very interesting menu, poor execution
• Combo with mixed drinks which are good but maybe a little light
• for the price they gotta get it together
• they call this Hawaiian 2.0, thinking they really did something. Gotta be shitting me - should go back to the basics before playing with fire
• Some other pizza place should try to make this
