Overview

Context

• Stones throw from the charles bridge, hungry, restaurants are closing, time is of the essence
• We ate it all, had to in order to go to the bar across the street. Which ended up being closed by the time we got there!
• Talking shit right under the nose of the chef

Crust

• Light
• Doughy, a little undercooked. Pineapple makes it a little soggy
• Relatively thin

Sauce

• May be one of the strengths, not saying much though

Mozzarella

• Not the main character, pretty mild
• Have to give them credit for not overdoing it

Ham

• Dry in a good way, not too fatty
• Mild, but pleasant
• Potential cross contamination from a pickled pepper of sorts, it’s working in favor

Pineapple

• Weak, dry. Presumably left out the whole day in the kitchen with no one ordering it. Maybe days

Veggie Alternative: Full Black Olives

• Flavorless, dry olive that wasn’t even a substitution but an addition. The request was lost in translation.

Additional Thoughts

• Pineapple is just an insane pizza topping - Max
• Goes well with beer, as does all Czech food
