• Very thin
• Crisp, cracker-like outer crust
• Abby: Hard to enjoy after CT pizza

Sauce

• Well seasoned
• Oregano
• Not bringing much acidity

Mozzarella

• Blended nicely with the sauce

Ham

• nice saltiness
• Not too meaty
• Full flavor

Pineapple

• Sweet
• Lacked acidity
• Rogue green pepper flavor

Additional Thoughts

• Pretty decent Hawaiian flavor
• Held back by the lackluster Pineapple and excess of oregano (in Sauce and sprinkled on top)
