• Special guests: Abby’s parents

Crust

• Thin
• 48 hr ferment sourdough
• Outer crust was soft

Cashew Mozzarella

• Creamy
• Not particularly cheesy
• A little sweeEEt

Beyond Meat Crumbles

• tasted like bacon / sausage / pepperoni
• Crumbles allowed for an even distribution
• Abby liked it

Pineapple

• Brought a little sweetness
• Anemic canned pineapple, not the good stuff

Additional Thoughts

• Very decadent
• Good if you like white pizza
• As usual (always?) would have been better with tomato sauce to add some acidity and freshness to balance out the decadence of the cheese and meat
• Cool spot to get a drink they play good music and have good speakers
