Context

• End of day in Friedrichshain

Crust

• Lasagna sheet, actually ate it all with a fork. Soft
• Outside, light and crisp (not crispy) it’s the outermost layer that gives you a crunch (a delicate crispiness) delicately crispy

Sauce

• Tasted like fresh tomatoes cooked down with olive oil and garlic
• Or as Abby would say, pizza Pringles

Mozzarella

• Really good

Ham

• Very thinly sliced, dry (not fatty), lightly herby, buttery(!) flavour. Very nice
• There’s a lot going on in this ham

Pineapple

• Sweet but a little funky
• Like when you leave it in the fridge for a day in the can

Additional Thoughts

• Equal parts sauce, crust, and cheese. All came together surprisingly nicely
• Often these lasagna sheet type pizzas have too much cheese - not this one!
